Sugarcane Jaggery or Nattu Sakkarai as called in South India is made with concentrated sugar cane. It can be a perfect replacement for the white sugar. It can add natural sweetness to the dishes. Jaggery has traditionally been an important ingredient but over the years we have moved to refined sugar. Thanks to more importance given to organic food and overall health we now have more people preferring it over refined sugar.
The country sugar we prepared with no added chemicals or preservatives.
