    1. Hi Meera,
Grains are preferred for this recipe. But you can try with flour. Use 1.5 cups flour and keep other measurements same.

  1. Hi, the recipe looks interesting. Is there any substitute to dal? I have sensitivity to wheat and dals so looking for millet based recipes. Thanks.

    1. Hi Shreya,
Instead of urad dal you can use 1tbsp of methi seeds and 1/2 cup poha. Soak methi separately. Grind it first to a fluffy texture and then grind others. Finally add 15 minutes soaked poha and grind. Hope this will work.

    1. Hi Swathi,
Glad to hear that you enjoyed your dosa. Thanks so much for sharing your experience. If you have a picture please share it with me through FB messenger, so that I can publish it on Millet table FB page.

    1. Hi,
Even millets contain starch. When had with healthy side dishes like protein based sambar and vegetable chutney, it becomes a balanced meal.
