Noodles are children's favourite dish which they eat without any fuss and empty the bowl fast! Millet noodles are very tasty, quite filling, low carb and healthy variation from the regular ones.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a 2 Ltr Pressure Cooker, mix noodles with all veggies, spice powders, salt, tomato sauce and oil.
  2. Add water.
  3. Close and cook for 1 whistle. Let the pressure settle down.
  4. Open, add chilli sauce, soya sauce and mix well.
  5. Serve hot.
  6. Tasty flavourful noodles ready in 10 minutes.

    Dont we need to wash noodles.Im follower of OPOS ,maida noodles needs to be washed and drained till it gets soften.Does it not required for millet noodles ?

      Thanks for visiting. Unlike maida noodles, millet noodles require little more water. I have not tried samai noodles, but I am sure the water quantity mentioned here should be fine.

    Ordered millet noodles from native food store and made pearl millet noodles
    Today as per ur recepie.
    Had only capsicum but excited to try. So made it.
    Tasty and healthy noodles ready in 10 mins.

    The noodles comes with the tastemaker. So I used the tastemaker instead of spice powders you have mentioned.
