A waffle which is home made and enjoyed by family members is a satisfying experience. Only a few things from the pantry and a waffle maker is all we need to make this millet waffle!

  1. Mix all the ingredients except water. Add water little by little and make a thick batter without any lumps.
  2. It should be of dosa batter consistency.
  3. Heat the waffle maker, grease with butter/ghee, pour batter and make waffles. Serve warm.
  4. Topping can be honey, maple syrup, dates syrup or some fresh fruits.

    1. Hi,

I purchased my waffle maker in Germany and I’m not sure if the brand. It gives fully cooked waffle on both sides. Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside

  1. Hi Mam
Your recipes are so inspiring. Would be helpful if you show us a small video demo of how to make a millet waffle.

    1. Hi Vaishnavi,
Thanks for your visit. At present I am unable to share a video. Will learn and try to load in future.

        1. Hi,
Baking soda gives soft and fluffy texture. You can use egg or flaxseed gel and get a soft waffle.
