Popsicle

Summer has set in and vacation has started for the children!  They demand some popsicle or ice cream to beat the heat! Let us make a healthy one at home using the millet milk.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Mango Puree
  • 1 Cup Millet Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder

Directions:

  1. Blend everything and pour in kulfi moulds.
  2. Cover and freeze for 10 hours.
  3. Healthy popsicle is ready!
